Inside the Fenix Hotel is Nini, our events restaurant. A name rooted in tradition, like the cuisine we passionately offer our guests. We love the idea of passing on a simple cuisine that favours quality, seasonal products. Desserts are homemade, and we like to bring our own ideas to the menu with the invaluable help of our chefs. To organise our events (such as christenings, communions, graduation parties, birthday parties, business dinners, etc.) we have put together a real team, giving pride of place to the excellence of our Trieste district. For floral decorations we rely on the unique touch of Henry from Dordas 2 Flower and Giulia from Bambusa, who with simplicity always manage to bring colour to our garden and indoor spaces. For cake-design cakes, our favourite and talented Rosaria Garzione always offers us wonderful and, above all, delicious cakes. For those who prefer something more classic, we work with the district’s must-haves such as Natalizzi and Romoli.

For decorations too we have our favourites, but special mention goes to Manuela from Parioli Party, where you can always find something original to make our guests' events perfect down to the last detail. The space is reserved exclusively for the event, and in the warmer season it can be arranged in our inner garden, which seats up to 50 people, while the indoor restaurant seats up to 60. For standing aperitifs we host events for up to a maximum of 70 people. Francesca, Anna and Giuseppe will guide you through the creation of your event with great passion and professionalism.

Cuisine

Roman Cuisine

The cuisine is Roman and Mediterranean, reinterpreted with taste and lightness by the skilled hands of our staff. A refined setting, parquet and white wood, to make your stay at the Ninì restaurant comfortable and intimate. We personally select the wine list and the bar.
